The average turnaround time to obtain copies of medical records is usually 7 business days. For patient privacy protection, we do not fax or email medical records (except in the case of emergency care) to the provider. We will mail your records to the address specified on the release of information form. The requestor must be a patient or patient's guardian/legal representative.
